See Lizzie Read: Fairer is the Rose by Liz Curtis Higgs

         Sorry its been so very long! I cannot wait to tell you about this book: Fairer is the Rose by Liz Curtis Higgs!!

Summary *SPOILER ALERTS!!!*
          Jamie still loves Rose, but thanks to more treachery and deception, Leah is his wife. Jamie struggles to overcome his intense anger and his lingering feelings for Rose, but is he really ready to give Rose up? If he does, can he learn to truly love Leah?
          Meanhile, Rose struggles to forgive Leah for what has been done. She finally learned to love Jamie the way he loved her just to have him torn away from her. Will Rose learn to forgive such a egregious trepass against her by her own beloved sister? Will she let go of Jamie? Or will she turn to more drastic measures?
          Leah is caught in the middle. Her sister loathes her, with good reason, and the husband of her dreams can barely even look at her. She knows what she has done was wrong. Her one moment of complete weakness and turned her family upside down. Will She ever gain Rose's forgiveness? Can she forgive herself? Will Jamie ever forgive her and learn to love her the way she so desperately loves him? But most of all...What does God think of her now?

Review
    Okay, I MUST start by giving this 5 bookmarks! It was a perfect sequel to Thorn in My Heart! The continuance of the story of Rachel and Leah from the Bible is so beautifully told by Mrs. Higgs that I literally laughed, cried, and rejoiced during the reading of this book! Leana's part in the story was truly my favorite as she fights to find forgiveness from Rose, Jamie, herself, and most of all God. Once you start reading, I garauntee you won't be able to put it down! :)

A NOTE:
    As I review series' I'll have to put up spoiler alerts because in some areas I will have to reveal major plot events to be able to structure a sumary that makes sense. :) I encourage you not to read the summary of a second or third (or more) book in a series before having read the first book since I wouldn't want to spoil any of the events before you read them! :)
